Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home office products. Due to the size, nature, and assembly requirements, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window & Condition
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Office Chairs: Any chair that has been assembled, used, or shows any signs of wear (seat cushion compressed, casters used, scratches). This is strictly enforced.

  • Desk Storage Racks: Any rack that has been assembled, used to hold items, or shows any signs of wear.

  • Notebook Holders: Any holder that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has had notebooks placed in it.

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

  • Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use.

3. Return Process & Fees (For Eligible Unassembled Items)

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for:

    • Safely repacking the item in its original manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials.

    • Arranging and paying for return shipping costs. For office chairs, these costs can be substantial.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all accepted returns to cover processing, inspection, and inventory loss.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different color, size, or style are handled as a return (following the process above) and a new purchase. Please place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries (office chairs), note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage/defect and all packaging.

  3. Keep all packaging materials.
    We will arrange a replacement part, partial refund, or full replacement as appropriate.

6. Missing Parts
If your item arrives missing parts, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.
