  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and material variations, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from product images. These variations are not considered defects.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of all products.

  • Office Chairs:

    • Follow all assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability and injury.

    • Use only on level, stable surfaces.

    • Do not exceed weight capacity.

    • Do not stand on chairs.

    • Check and tighten bolts periodically.

  • Desk Storage Racks:

    • Do not exceed weight limits.

    • Ensure racks are placed on stable, level surfaces.

    • For wall-mounted options, ensure proper installation into studs or with appropriate anchors.

  • Notebook Holders:

    • Use only as intended.

    • For laptop stands, ensure they are stable and rated for your laptop's weight.

  • Keep small parts (hardware) away from children.

4. Limitation of Liability
